iReForm is an iPad application containing various pre-defined electronic forms that can be submitted via e-mail or posted to a DocBrowser Document Distribution System Server. The DocBrowser server will either store received reports in a database for manual processing/retrieval or pass them on to another process or system via mail/ftp/sftp in various formats such as pdf, html, xml or csv.
Forms are easily defined in the DocBrowser System Administration interface using a custom xml format. Forms distribution is controlled using a similar logic as for distributing DocBrowser documents. The iReForm application connects to the DocBrowser server at application launch and checks for any updated forms.
The iReForm application requires an iOS device with iOS 7.0 or later. A DocBrowser Document Distribution System Server is required to deliver updated electronic form data and store filled out forms in a database.
